Some services are self-pay. Wellness services are priced up front; medical services run through your insurance in most cases.

New patients are welcome. Start with a primary care visit and the rest follows from your record.

We accept most major insurance plans. Call your nearest office and we will confirm your plan before your visit.

Can I get labs and imaging without an outside referral?+

In most cases, yes - lab draws and EKG happen at all of our offices, and X-ray, ultrasound, and echocardiogram at Delray.

Do you offer video visits?+

Yes - secure telehealth visits with your own PPC physician for follow-ups, medication reviews, and non-urgent concerns.

What if I need a service that is not listed?+

Call us. If we do not offer it in-house, your physician coordinates the referral and follows the results.
