Personal Physician Care offers primary care with a level of depth and continuity that most practices cannot match. With 17 providers across three South Florida locations — Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Hallandale Beach — PPC combines the warmth of a family-owned independent practice with the resources of a multi-specialty medical group. Same-day appointments, in-house lab, ultrasound, radiology, EKG, and in-house pharmacy mean that a primary care visit at PPC can accomplish in one visit what might take three separate appointments at a typical practice.
Our primary care services include annual wellness exams and preventive physicals, chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, thyroid, COPD, heart disease), acute illness evaluation and treatment, medication management and prescription refills, cancer screenings and referral coordination, immigration physicals, pre-operative clearances, vaccinations and immunizations, lab work and diagnostic imaging ordered and performed in-house, care coordination with PPC's in-house specialists, and telehealth appointments for follow-up care.
At PPC, your medical record follows you across all three locations. If you see your primary care physician in Delray Beach and need a follow-up with our pulmonologist or endocrinologist in Boca Raton, they already have your chart. No faxed records, no starting over. This continuity is one of the core reasons patients with complex conditions choose PPC over fragmented single-specialty care.
PPC was founded in 1985 by Dr. David Neuman on the principle that a doctor should know their patient — not just their diagnosis. That philosophy still drives how we practice today. Over 700 five-star reviews from South Florida patients reflect what it feels like to have a doctor's office that actually picks up the phone, fits you in when you are sick, and takes the time to explain what is happening with your health.
PPC is accepting new primary care patients at all three locations. Most major insurance plans accepted including Medicare, Humana, Aetna, United Healthcare, BCBS, and Cigna.
