The practice

Personal Physician Care was founded in 1987 on a simple idea: primary care works when the physician actually knows you. Nearly four decades later that idea still runs the practice - a patient community of roughly 10,000 across Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Hallandale Beach, cared for by one team working from one record.

Labs at every office, imaging and a pharmacist at Delray, and clinical research live inside the practice, so care does not get lost between offices, fax machines, and voicemail boxes. It is multispecialty care the way it was meant to work, built for how medicine actually works today.

Built by a physician. Led by family.

Personal Physician Care was founded in 1987 by Dr. David Neuman, an Internal Medicine physician who has practiced in South Florida for nearly four decades. He built the practice on one conviction: patients do better when their doctor actually knows them. Today his daughter, Dr. Danielle Neuman, serves as Medical Director, leading the clinical team across all three offices. Under her direction the practice also runs an active clinical research program, so patients can access studies and new treatments inside the same practice that handles their everyday care. Dr. David's son, Elan Neuman, joined the practice in 2010 and serves as Chief Executive Officer, leading operations and growth - including the Signature concierge program and clinical research.
