Dr. Liana Barkan is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive experience caring for diverse patient populations in both academic and private practice settings in New York City and Boca Raton, Florida.

She is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and delivering individualized care that focuses on prevention, wellness, and treating the whole person. Throughout her career, Dr. Barkan has helped patients manage complex chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, and other ongoing health concerns.

Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, weight management, metabolic health, substance use disorders, eating disorders, and helping patients build sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term health and wellness.
