Physician-led longevity care - comprehensive labs, imaging at our Delray Beach office, hormone and metabolic care, and physician-led care. One plan, one medical record, inside a full primary-care practice.

Inside your workup
No mystery panel and no one-page printout. Your workup is built from four building blocks, ordered by your physician and reviewed with you in person. Tap one to see what it includes and why it comes up.
The baseline
Deeper than the standard annual-physical panel: cardiometabolic markers, hormones, and other indicators your physician picks based on your history and goals. Drawn in-house, so results land in your regular medical record.
Every office has on-site labs and EKG, so the baseline visit happens where you already go.
Ordered when indicated
Imaging is available in-house at our Delray Beach office and is ordered by your physician when your workup calls for it - not sold as a package.
We do not offer whole-body MRI or full-body scan packages. If your results point somewhere that needs a specialist, we refer and coordinate.
Results into a plan
Your physician walks you through what your numbers mean for your risk over the coming years - heart, metabolic, hormonal - and what to do about it. This is a risk conversation, not a diagnosis, and it ends with a plan you actually understand.
Family history gets real weight here. Bring it up early.
When the workup points there
When labs show a hormonal or metabolic issue, treatment lives here too: hormone optimization and medical weight loss, prescribed and monitored by your physician, with an endocrinologist on staff.
No guesswork dosing - every adjustment is tied to repeat labs.
Every workup starts with your history and your goals. No fixed menu, no guesswork.
Most health problems announce themselves in lab work and imaging years before they announce themselves as symptoms. Longevity medicine is the discipline of measuring early, acting on what you find, and tracking whether it worked.
At Personal Physician Care, that work happens inside your regular medical home. The same practice that handles your primary care, your endocrinology, and your pulmonology also runs your prevention plan - so nothing sits in a separate silo with a separate record.
Worth a conversation if you want a deeper baseline than an annual physical gives you, if family history has you thinking ahead, or if you are already on hormone therapy or a medical weight-loss program and want it overseen by a physician who knows your whole record.
This is not a supplement subscription or a scan package, and it is not a replacement for primary care - it works because it sits on top of it. If something is actively wrong, we treat that first. And if you are looking for whole-body MRI screening or a one-time longevity report, that is not what we do.
A physician reviews your history, goals, and medications, then orders your baseline: comprehensive labs drawn in-house, EKG, and imaging at our Delray Beach office when indicated.
You sit down with your physician and go through the results together. You leave with a written plan: what to change, what to treat, what to watch, and when each gets rechecked.
Treatment that came out of your workup - hormone optimization and medical weight loss - runs under physician supervision with lab-checked adjustments.
Repeat labs and visits on the schedule your plan sets. The goal is trend lines, not one-off numbers - and the plan changes when the data says so.
Tell us what you are working toward and a member of our team will call you back to schedule an evaluation with a physician. Existing patients can also book directly through the patient portal.
Longevity care is available at all three Personal Physician Care offices: Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Hallandale Beach. Imaging is at the Delray Beach office.
