We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our team. You will own your panel - diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care - and build the long-term patient relationships this practice is built on.
Personal Physician Care is a family-owned primary care practice with three South Florida offices: Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Hallandale Beach. Founded in 1987 and physician-led, with in-house labs, an in-house pharmacist, and imaging at our Delray Beach office. Our patients stay for decades.
Your patients have in-house support: pulmonology (PFTs and spirometry), two endocrinologists covering diabetes and weight management, an in-house pharmacist, care managers, coders, and referral coordinators. Our Delray Beach office adds digital X-ray and bone density, and our lab is OSHA-regulated. We also precept students from local universities.
Provide primary care to your panel: diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care, grounded in evidence-based medicine. Keep clean, current records and use the data the practice gives you. Your work directly shapes patient outcomes here.
Current, unrestricted Florida medical license. Strong communication with patients and colleagues. We practice integrated, team-based care and expect you to lean into it. Excellent patient service is a requirement, not a bonus.
