Personal Physician Care (“PPC”) is excited to announce that it has opened a community center, exclusively available for PPC patients, located next door to our main office at 4800 Linton Blvd., Suite F111, Delray Beach, FL 33445. The Personal Physician Care Community Center further demonstrates PPC’s commitment to promote wellness and healthy lifestyle to our patients.
Patients of PPC will be granted open access to the many programs and activities we will be offering at our community center. These programs and activities have been carefully selected over the last two years based on suggestions from your physicians and PPC patients.

Board Certified in Internal Medicine in 1995, Dr. E. Susan Barish has established herself as a leading healthcare practitioner in South Florida. She is a prominent expert in the field of women’s health issues, and her expertise has made her a much sought-after speaker on the lecture circuit over the years. Dr. Barish takes enormous pride in keeping her patients healthy and improving their quality of life by relentlessly staying abreast of the latest innovative, cutting-edge ideas, treatments, drugs, procedures, and other therapeutic options.
Dr. Barish has been a key member of the medical team at Personal Physician Care for well over a decade. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. Afterwards, she continued her medical education and development of her skills by earning a coveted Fellowship at the prestigious Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Barish is a firm believer in the myriad of benefits that stem from a healthy lifestyle. She follows her own medical advice by ensuring that she maintains a healthy diet and gets plenty of exercise. In fact, she is an avid hiker. Fluent in English, Spanish and Greek, Dr. Barish enjoys sharing what she has learned during her many years of medical education and even longer as a healthy living enthusiast with her patients.
