Personal Physician Care is the largest, state-of-the-art primary care practice in Delray Beach with 7 doctors, 24 exam rooms, an M.D.-supervised weight-loss program, an aesthetics center, clinical studies, and over 40 employees. Founded by Dr. David Neuman, this primary care practice, specializing in Internal Medicine and Family Practice, is inspired by the unique vision to offer excellent comprehensive care by expert physicians with the latest equipment and technology all in one location.
Our facility has been upgraded with one of the most technologically-advanced computerized medical systems in the market, including the use of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), for the last 5 years. By utilizing this state-of-the-art system, we can now access your medical records 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and connect directly to your pharmacy and other healthcare providers in an effort to provide you with the most convenient, efficient, and reliable healthcare service possible.

At Personal Physician Care, we deliver a variety of services to our patients aside from routine office visits and diagnostic testing. Some of the other most utilized services include, but are not limited to:

Our team of internists is dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases. The practice provides continuing and comprehensive health care for both the individual and the family. The following is a statement of our office policies, which we recommend that you read prior to your consultation.
We accept Medicare assignment and Medicare supplemental insurance. Our physicians are listed providers with selected H.M.O. and P.P.O. plans. However, patients are responsible for annual deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays or any other non-covered medical services. If for any reason claims for payment are denied, you will be personally responsible for payment. Please call member services of your insurance with any question regarding allowed services. Please call the billing staff with any billing questions or problems. When calling for an appointment at (561) 498-5660, please have your insurance ID card ready and any other pertinent information so that we can assist you in the most efficient manner.
Please call your pharmacy to refill prescriptions. At that point, you should allow our office at least 2 business days to complete your prescription refill request. We will be more than happy to address drug requests needed such as prescriptions, medical records, etc., between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.
Office hours are from 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday through Friday. Our receptionists are available to answer your questions from 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Our answering service answers all calls between 12:30p.m. and 1:30pm, and after 4:45 p.m.
If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please dial 911. Otherwise, you will be seen within 24 hours.
When calling the practice, specify whether you would like a visit with a physician or require a specific service. If you are a new patient, have your insurance information ready and make sure that the physician, you wish to see, is a provider under your plan.
If you are a new patient, please bring your current ID, insurance card, claim forms, disability forms, or any other form required for your appointment. In addition, please bring a complete list of medications you are currently taking and copies of any other available tests or records. To help us better serve you, please make an effort to obtain these documents prior to your first appointment.
For registration purposes, new patients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete their registration form. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible.
Our health insurance contracts require us to collect any applicable co-payments and deductibles at the time services are provided. For your convenience, Personal Physician Care accepts cash and major credit cards as forms of payment.
