David Neuman M.D.

Founder and Senior Associate of Personal Physician Care, Dr. Neuman received his Board Certification in 1997 in Internal Medicine and has been practicing in South Florida for the past 23 years. He completed his internship and residency at the Brooklyn Hospital; Caledonian Hospital in New York City. Dr. Neuman served on the Governing Board of Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital as well as the President of the American Diabetes Association of the Boca/Delray Chapter. His areas of special interest include diabetes, osteoporosis, hypertension, and cardiac disease. He was also given the distinguished honor of being a selected member of Who’s Who in Medicine in 1991.

Dr. David Neuman has been recognized as a Leading Physician of the World and Top Internist in the Delray/Boca area by the International Association of Internists, a subdivision of The International Association of Healthcare Professionals. He is also a member of the advisory board of Agate, a medical fund specializing in healthcare services.

Roy Cohen, M.D.

Dr. Cohen has been Board Certified in Family Practice since 1974. He completed his residency at the University of Miami Affiliated Hospital. He has been in practice in the Boca/Delray area for 29 years. Dr. Cohen has a special interest in Fibromyalgia research and updated treatments.

Susan Barish M.D.

Dr. Barish passed her Board Certification in Internal Medicine and received her medical degree in 1988. She completed three years of training in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center as well as Fellowship training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center as a primary care provider. She also maintains a special interest in women's health issues, with a focus on post-menopausal hormone therapies. She is fluent in Spanish and Greek.

Sydney Abramson M.D.

Dr. Abramson is board certified CCFP (Canada) in Family Practice since 1984. He completed his internship and Family Medicine residency at McGill University, Queen Elizabeth and Montreal General Hospitals. He has been in practice in South Florida since 1996. Dr. Abramson’s  areas of special interest include preventive medicine, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and dementia.

 Alan Lefkin, M.D.

Dr. Lefkin has been Board Certified in Internal Medicine since 1987 and has practiced medicine in South Florida since 1988. He completed his surgical internship at the Caledonian Hospital Center, a one-year Cardiology fellowship level training at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach, and a residency at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. His areas of expertise are cardiology, critical care, and emergency medicine. He is also extensively trained in acute care injuries, such as minor lacerations, bodily injuries, skin biopsies, and drainage of abscesses.

His practical experience in countries such as England, the United States, and Grenada (West Indies) has equipped him with a variety of treatment options for his patients from around the world.

For four years, Dr. Lefkin has been practicing aesthetics medicine, having been trained under the top leaders in the field. He is experienced in full face Botox® and dermal fillers such as Restylane, Perlane, and Juvederm.Dr. Lefkin was a member of the Physicians and Nurses Task Force and has special interests in cardio-pulmonary disease, diabetes, and aesthetics

Trudell Doctor, M.D.

Dr. Doctor is Board Certified in Family Medicine and completed her residency at the Jamaica Hospital affiliated with Mount Sinai, New York. She received a Master of Science Health Services Administration in 2001 and her continuing education from the National Procedure Institute in basic aesthetics including Botox and dermal fillers, microdermabraison, and women’s health. Dr. Doctor’s special interests include women’s health and sports medicine.

Todd Zusmer, D.O.

Dr. Zusmer has been Board Certified in Family Practice since 2007. He completed his internship at Columbia Hospital, followed by residencies in radiology at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, and in Family Practice at Westchester General Hospital in Miami, FL. He is an active member of the American Academy of Balance Medicine, American Osteopathic Association, as well as Florida Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Zusmer’s special interest includes fall prevention.
